When a workforce can work anywhere, traditional pay structures based on the physical workplace location may be obsolete. Now more than ever, geographic pay strategies must be clear and coherent while serving the goal of attracting and retaining great talent.

This course is designed for professionals who are responsible for compensating a dispersed workforce and who want to establish a geographic pay strategy​ grounded in an understanding of geographic pay differentials and their practical administration and support. This course assists those who have mastered the core elements of compensation (strategy, design, evaluation, administration) and now want to enhance these elements across dispersed geographies.
