Description:

Join Children’s Hospital Colorado (CHCO) on their road trip – as they develop a multi-year roadmap for their Total Rewards programs. CHCO has completed a review of current state pay and benefits programs, a Total Rewards Optimization and the development of a Total Rewards Philosophy with Guiding Principles. To implement the TR Philosophy, CHCO reviewed its programs to ensure they reflect market norms, improve the ROI on workforce investment and support the organization's goals and objectives. A key stop on their road trip was the use of Total Rewards Optimization incorporating employee preferences to answer important questions and then helps you choose how best to allocate pay and benefits investments . Hear how CHCO developed their Total Rewards roadmap as they continue on their road trip.
